Welcome to my other world!
I work with purpose-driven people and teams looking to collaborate or build stronger relationships. Through consulting, facilitation and training, I help individuals, life partners, families, and teams improve communication, navigate difficult conversations, and engage in more robust sensemaking around culturally divisive topics.
Anyone who knows me will tell you what a relationship geek I am :-)
Working with me will help you experience:
Greater meaning and clarity in collaborations.
More resourcefulness during moments of conflict and tension
More skill and comfort in engaging in ‘hot-button’ or polarizing conversations
Useful frames and mental models for navigating the complexity of our moment, in order to engage with diverse worldviews and cultures more sensitively.
I’m an educator, content creator and Certified Integral Facilitator® who has worked in the field of communications for over 2 decades. I've seen the fallout of poor communication, unconscious/unspoken power dynamics, and entrenched conflicts in couples, families, teams, organizations, and networks, and I'm sure you have too.
I'm passionate about helping people create value through relationships and generate more robust outcomes for shared goals and projects. In a time of great uncertainty and change, collaborating well on our shared wicked challenges is more important than ever. I'd love to partner with you in this transformative work.
